Bison Peak Cutoff is a tree den site and territory found in Slough Creek.
In WolfQuest: Anniversary Edition, Bison Peak Cutoff is a returning den site in Slough Creek following the release of update 1.0.6. It can be found on the slopes a little ways north of some rocky cliffs in the forest far to the east of Little Butte, on the southern side of the titular Creek in the First Meadow area. On the locations table, its WolfQuest Wiki designation is Tree 01.
In WolfQuest: Classic, Bison Peak Cutoff is a returning den and territory located in the south-east region of Slough Creek, slightly north-east of the words "Bison Peak Cutoff" on the map. It does not require any experience points to claim. The territory resides near elk hunting grounds and is relatively close to stranger wolf pac territory, and is one of two den sites set beneath the roots of a large Douglas fir tree, the other being East Creek. Visiting the area before choosing a den awards an achievement.
It has an equal distance from elk herds and the nearby wolf pack territory; hunting will take slightly longer, but players are less likely to be bothered by intruding wolves. It is a moderate distance from the summer rendezvous site.

In Legacy versions of WolfQuest, Bison Peak Cutoff is a den and territory located in the south-east region of Slough Creek, slightly north-east of the words "Bison Peak Cutoff" on the map. It does not require any experience points to claim. The territory resides near elk hunting grounds and is relatively close to stranger wolf pack territory, and is one of two den sites that have a den set beneath the roots of a large tree, the other being East Creek.
