This page is intended for a deeper analysis of wolves belonging to the Junction Butte pack as seen in-game.
Please note that the WolfQuest Wiki only documents wolves with designations 1 through 4 because these are the only wolves who have fixed values, meaning their attributes, customizations, and personalities will always be the same for everyone at all times even through replays. Designations 5 and upwards are always randomized so no two players may see the same wolf. An individual's age is only shown if the wolf can be courted, while attributes only become visible from the family tree after completing the mate trial period.

He is not the breeding male of the Junction Butte Pack; he is one of many siblings whose parents make no appearance in-game.

Junction Butte 1F is a 2-year-old female wolf with a Life is Rough 925M eye scar coat and gray genetic coat color. She has orange eyes and no body, eye, or ear modifiers in the base game. With the Building Character add-on, she exhibits a cut off tail in Slough Creek.
She is not the breeding female of the Junction Butte Pack; she is one of many siblings whose parents make no appearance in-game.

Junction Butte 3F is a 2-year-old female wolf with an Original Gray coat and gray genetic coat color. She has gray eyes and no body or eye modifiers, and a bent right ear modifier.
3F as a Dispersal
When she is available for courtship, 3F is rather quick to trust the player-wolf and get physically close. She lays down when a prospective mate isn't interacting with her in any way, but when the player-wolf uses a friendly emote, she won't hesitate to respond with lots of rolling, play-bowing and tail-wagging.
3F as a Mate
During her trial period and as a full-time mate, 3F tends to behave very socially, constantly initiating social interactions with the player-wolf. During hunting trips or fights in general, it doesn't take her long to begin attacking the opponent without much worry. This does, however, lead to injury very often. When the player-wolf is inactive or isn't doing anything, she might walk around for a little bit before laying down.
As of 1.1.0, her attributes are 0 Health, 0 Speed, 0 Strength and 0 Stamina. Prior to 1.1.0, her attributes were -1 Health, 0 Speed, 0 Strength and 1 Stamina. Her gauged personality traits are Bold, Social, and a balance between Energetic-Lazy.

- Attribute, personality, and howl data was originally retrieved from Lupin and team's research shared on Discord (permalink) in a Google slideshow and spreadsheet.
- These resources are no longer available, having been deemed out-of-date due to game updates. Contributors are welcome to share their findings to replace outdated information.
- Based on the player's own pack, the designation of "1" refers to the breeding male and female. This does not apply to NPC packs.
- The breeding pair are never seen in-game. All wolves within this pack are siblings, which has previously been confirmed by the developer.[citation needed]
